For the graduating students listed below, please adhere to the following procedure:
Undergraduate students who have successfully completed all the courses according to their study plan.
Postgraduate students who have submitted their final papers, are deemed eligible to graduate this term.
สำหรับนักศึกษาที่อยู่ในสถานะรอการจบการศึกษา คือนักศึกษาที่อยู่ในสถานะด้านล่าง
นักศึกษาปริญญาตรีที่เรียนครบหลักสูตรการศึกษา
นักศึกษาปริญญาโทผู้ที่ส่งเอกสารวิทยานิพนธ์หรือภาคนิพนธ์ที่แก้ไขเรียบร้อยแล้ว และศึกษาครบตามหลักสูตรในเทอมนั้นๆ

If you discover any inaccuracies or wish to update your name or surname, please promptly contact registrar.bkk@stamford.edu. Once your name is approved by the University Committee, we will not be able to make any further changes or edits to this information.

2. The Graduation Team will be sending an email to your STIU email address to confirm your eligibility for graduation in 2023. You will receive the “Employability and Graduation Registration Form 2023” to complete.

   The Finance Department will send an email to your STIU email address to notify you of any outstanding balance that requires payment.
   
   Please be aware that students who do not settle their outstanding balances and complete the form will not be able to request any graduation support documents.

Request for Graduation Documents การขอเอกสารรับรองการจบการศึกษา

Kindly note that all students will receive their Graduation certificate on the ceremony or after. If you need any other certified letters before the graduation ceremony, you can make a request by following the steps below.

ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาทุกท่านจะได้รับปริญญาบัตรตัวจริงในวันพิธีประสาทปริญญาบัตรเท่านั้น หากต้องการขอจดหมายรับรองการจบการศึกษาก่อนวันรับปริญญา จะมีขั้นตอนดังต่อไปนี้

1. Before University Council approve graduate list ขอเอกสารรับรองการจบการศึกษาก่อนได้รับการอนุมัติจากสภามหาวิทยาลัย

For undergraduate (UG) students, all grades have been officially announced in the system. For postgraduate (PG) students, please ensure you completed all courses and you have received confirmation from the Thesis/IS Team verifying that your final paper format has been approved.

Students may request an unofficial certification letter (Certification letters indicate that the student has successfully completed all coursework, and their degree will be conferred in December) and a transcript without the graduation date.

สำหรับนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สามารถขอเอกสารการจบแบบไม่เป็นทางการได้เมื่อเกรดทั้งหมดแสดงในระบบ สำหรับนักศึกษาระดับบัณฑิตศึกษาโปรดตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าได้เรียนครบตามหลักสูตรทั้งหมดและได้รับการยืนยันจากทีม Thesis/IS ว่ามีการแก้ไขรูปเล่มงานวิจัยเรียบร้อยแล้ว

2. After approval by the University Council for the list of graduates การขอเอกสารหลังได้รับการอนุมัติการจบการศึกษาจากสภามหาวิทยาลัย

After students receive the email from the Graduation Team confirming their graduation, student may request an official certified letter and transcript that includes the graduation date after complete the payment and Graduation form.

หลังจากได้รับอีเมล์จากฝ่ายจบการศึกษาเพื่อยืนยันการจบการศึกษาแล้ว นักศึกษาสามารถขอจดหมายรับรองการจบการศึกษาและใบแสดงผลการเรียนที่มีวันระบุจบได้ หลังจากที่ชำระค่าจบการศึกษาและกรอกแบบฟอร์มการขึ้นทะเบียนบัณฑิตเรียบร้อยแล้ว

The 24th Commencement Ceremony for the Academic Year 2022 is scheduled to take place on Sunday, December 17, 2023, at ห้อง Royal Jubilee Ballroom , Impact Challenger, Muang Thong Thani, from 07:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

พิธีประสาทปริญญาบัตรครั้งที่ 24 ประจำปีการศึกษา 2565 จะจัดขึ้นในวันอาทิตย์ที่ 17 ธันวาคม 2566 ณ (ห้อง Royal Jubilee Ballroom , Impact Challenger, Muang Thong Thani) ตั้งแต่เวลา 07:00 น. – 15:30 น.

2.1 Students Uniform ชุดนักศึกษา

1. For graduating males, the dress code includes a white shirt, black pants, a suit jacket, a tie, black leather shoes, and the wearing of the Academic Gown.บัณฑิตและมหาบัณฑิตชาย: เสื้อเชิ้ตสีขาวม กางเกงขายาวสีดำ เสื้อสูท เนคไท รองเท้าหนังหุ้มส้นสีดำและสวมชุดครุย
2. For graduating females, the dress code includes a white shirt, a black skirt, black covered shoes, and wearing the Academic Gown.บัณฑิตและมหาบัณฑิตหหญิง: เสื้อเชิ้ตสีขาวม กระโปรงสีดำ รองเท้าหุ้มส้นสีดำและสวมชุดครุย

2.2 Dress Code for Graduates who are government officials

3. Leather shoes (Slippers, Sandals, Sports, or Open-toed shoes are not permitted)
   รองเท้าหนังหุ้มส้น (ไม่อนุญาตให้สวมรองเท้าแตะ รองเท้ารัดส้น รองเท้ากีฬา หรือรองเท้าที่เปิดให้เห็นเท้าบางส่วน)
4. Wear Academic Gown สวมชุดครุย

Graduating Females:

1. Button-up shirts เสื้อเชิ้ตมีกระดุม
2. An appropriate skirt, Dress or long pants (Jeans, training skirt, or pants, and see-through clothing are not permitted)
   กระโปรงหรือชุดกระโปรงแบบสุภาพ หรือกางเกงขายาว (ไม่อนุญาตให้สวมกางเกงยีนส์ กางเกงกีฬา หรือผ้าซีทรู)
3. Covered shoes (Slippers, Sandals, Sports, or Open-toed shoes are not permitted)

Graduates who plan to attend the Commencement Ceremony on December 17, 2023, should contact the Gown Shop to reserve their gown no later than November 20, 2023. Please find the Gown Shop information below:

4. Collect Pin(s)

Collect Faculty and Distinction Pin การรับเข็มประจำคณะและเข็มเกียรตินิยม 

To attend the ceremony, it is mandatory to wear the gown with a faculty pin, and you have the option to wear a pin of distinction. The pins will be put on the gown, with the faculty pin on the left-hand side and the distinction pin on the right-hand side. You can obtain your pin(s) at no cost. You can collect the pin (s) following information below.

ในการเข้าร่วมงานพิธีประสาทปริญญาบัตรบัณฑิต มหาบัณฑิต และดุษฎีบัณทิตทุกท่านจะต้องสวมชุดครุยพร้อมด้วยเข็มประจำคณะ และ/หรือเข็มเกียรตินิยม โดยเข็มประจำคณะจะอยู่ด้านซ้าย และเข็มเกียรตินิยมจะอยู่ด้านขวา ซึ่งทางมหาวิทยาลัยฯได้จัดไว้ให้นักศึกษาโดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย โดยสามารถเข้ารับเข็มได้ตามรายละเอียดด้านล่าง

For Rama 9 Campus : Bachelor Degree  สำหรับวิทยาเขตพระรามเก้า : ปริญญาตรี 

Bachelor Degree pins can be collected at the Student Service Hub, Rama 9 Campus, from November 13 to December 8, 2023 (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.).

For Asoke Campus and Online Program : Master Degree  สำหรับวิทยาเขตศูนย์การเรียนรู้อโศกฯ และหลักสูตรออนไลน์ : ปริญญาโท 

Master Degree pins can be collected at the LG Floor, Asoke Campus, from November 14 to December 12, 2023 (Monday to Sunday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.).

For Phetchaburi Campus Students:สำหรับวิทยาเขตเพชรบุรี 

Pins can be collected at the Auditorium, Phetchaburi Campus, on Sunday, December 3, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. After December 3, 2023, you can pick up your pin(s) at the Student Service Hub until December 13, 2023.

If you are unable to collect your pin during the designated times mentioned above, you may retrieve your pin at the Registration Counter on the day of the ceremony.
