Admission officer, Admission Department
Position: International Admissions Counselor (Chinese and English speaker)
Campus: Rama 9 Campus
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with international students and their families, providing detailed information about the university, courses, and admission requirements, answering their inquiries, and assisting them in completing the admission process.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with potential international students through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings, promoting understanding and trust in the university.
- Assist international students in visa procedures, providing necessary support and guidance to ensure they complete pre-enrollment preparations smoothly.
- Organize and participate in admissions and promotional events targeting international students, both online and offline, including campus tours, to enhance the university’s international visibility.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to coordinate various tasks, ensure smooth international admissions processes, and provide necessary support and assistance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Marketing, Psychology, Media, Journalism, Communication, or related fields.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Thai being advantageous.
- Candidates with overseas study or work experience are being advantageous.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and interpersonal skills, capable of effective communication and collaboration with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities, able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong team spirit and a positive work attitude, capable of working independently and taking responsibility.
- Strong interest in international education and cross-cultural communication, committed to providing high-quality services and support to international students.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
