Content and Brand Designer

General Summary: 
In-house graphic designer and content creator supporting brand strategic development at Stamford International University. 

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all assigned graphic design tasks, video content, and creative initiatives to support marketing campaigns/activities and related business functions, including advertising, brand/marketing/admission materials, digital assets, PR, internal communications, external/internal events, and other design materials as assigned. 
  • Deliver timely design services to meet business requirements. 
  • Lead brand development projects such as producing key visuals, creating storyboards for video content, and developing guidelines for all designs to improve brand recognition. 
  • A/B test creatives with trackable goals to generate more student prospects. 
  • Collaborate with content creators and influencers to develop high-performing ad campaigns and content. 
  • Work with marketing team members to ensure consistent creative quality, accuracy, and brand compliance. 
  • Manage outsourced design/video production vendors on related projects or tasks to ensure quality and efficiency. 
  • Provide flexible work schedules to meet deadlines and maintain quality based on workload. 
  • Initiate creative ideas to support Marketing/PR/Admission campaigns/activities. 
  • Ensure quality of all design work from all resources/vendors/agencies.

Requirements: Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related Graphic Design, Creative Media Design, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.  
  • At least 1 year of experience in graphic design and video content/editing in a marketing communication function of a marketing company or agency. 
  • Excellent graphic design skills with proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash, InDesign) for graphic requirements. 
  • Ability to create creative and engaging designs for all marketing communication materials such as websites, Facebook & other social media, brochures, posters, newsletters, POSM, event decorations, etc. 
  • Understanding of technical aspects of various digital media, online communications, multimedia, and motion graphics (e.g., Premiere Pro, Dreamweaver) is advantageous. 
  • Proficiency in Thai (required) and English (preferable) communication.
