HR Officer

Position: HR Officer

Location: Rama9 Campus

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the execution of the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist in the formulation, updating, and execution of recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including contract signing, onboarding processes, and orientation training, in compliance with Thai labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the implementation of employee training and development plans.
  • Manage employee records to ensure accurate and complete information.
  • Assist in performance evaluation and employee relations management.
  • Assist in organizing and writing internal HR-related policies.
  • Assist in HR data and documentation reporting.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.
  • Familiarity with HR management processes and Thai labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Thai.
  • Relevant work experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in Office software.
