HR Officer
Position: HR Officer
Location: Rama9 Campus
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the execution of the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist in the formulation, updating, and execution of recruitment policies and procedures.
- Responsible for employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including contract signing, onboarding processes, and orientation training, in compliance with Thai labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in the implementation of employee training and development plans.
- Manage employee records to ensure accurate and complete information.
- Assist in performance evaluation and employee relations management.
- Assist in organizing and writing internal HR-related policies.
- Assist in HR data and documentation reporting.
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related field.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.
- Familiarity with HR management processes and Thai labor laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Thai.
- Relevant work experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Office software.
