LGM Guest Speaker from Unilever
Recently Mr. Runzhou Jiang, Procurement Manager – Supply Chain Services (Logistics, 3PM, Capex) Thailand from Unilever Thai Services Limited, visited Stamford’s Logistics and Supply Management class. He gave a talk about supply chain strategies and related techniques such as strategic sourcing, Kraljic’s matrix and strategy, 4 negotiation styles, SMART Objectives, ODE and Batna technique. This gave students the opportunity to learn not just the theory but also from his real work experiences.
