Marketing Coordinator

Job Title: Marketing Coordinator 

General Summary:
Marketing Coordinator supporting the Marketing Manager in executing campaigns, creating content and copies, with a strong focus on digital marketing and managing projects to generate more student prospects. 

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies, campaigns, and tracking project timelines and lead generation in collaboration with the Marketing Manager. 
  • End-to-end coordination of digital marketing activities including social media content, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns. 
  • Write content and copies for marketing campaigns and social media content. 
  • Plan social media calendar and coordinate with the Academic Department for communications resources. 
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using various analytics tools and provide reports and insights to optimize campaigns. 
  • Provide feedback to digital marketing agencies to ensure campaign quality and improve enrollment numbers. 
  • Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, digital ads, and promotional items. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing projects and initiatives. 
  • Assist in setting timelines for marketing campaigns to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. 
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and communications.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English. 
  • Creative thinking with a strategic mindset to contribute innovative ideas and solutions. 
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment. 
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and metrics for decision-making purposes. 

Requirements: Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Creative Media design, Communication Art, Business Administration, or related fields. 
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and project management. 
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools). 
  • Familiarity with graphic design and content creation tools/software is a plus.
