In response to the rapid spread of COVID-19 virus, for the safety and health of all students, faculties and staff, Stamford International University has made the following decisions:
- The University will cancel all courses to be offered on March 17 and March 18, 2020. All courses will be offered online starting from March 19, 2020.
- All program lecturers should conduct the teaching remotely in accordance with the original teaching schedule by uploading teaching materials online and providing students with online tutoring. Given the online lecturing, all program lecturers should adjust the score evaluation criteria based on the subject teaching requirements to ensure that the teaching quality and students’ scores won’t be affected.
- Students can check and access the new teaching methods and online class requirements for the relevant courses on Blackboard.
The University will decide the timing for resuming face-to-face classes based on the latest situation of COVID-19 virus and the requirement of Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation and Ministry of Public Health and any relevant sectors in Thailand, and will update students and faculties in a timely manner.
All students, faculties and staff, please stay safe and stay strong. Let’s work together to overcome the situation during this period!
